the staff was amazing. amir at the front desk helped a lot. the housekeepers kept everything very nice and neat. breakfast was delicious with many choices.

the staff at the restaurants were helpful.
The noise was a major issue. A nightclub downstairs played music until the early hours. the balcony door in my room could not be latched. This amplified the noise. i wasn't offered another room.

the breakfast each morning was such a delight, it had so many options and variety i felt spoiled. the staff especially were always smiling and ready to assist, they were so friendly and. our room, the junior suite, was so spacious and tidy, it really reminded me of a little haven.
also, getting around without a taxi felt a bit difficult, a little far from the main transport. the gym was free, but some equipments need a maintenance.
